Richard Mosley
Global SVP Employer Brand ConsultingRichard began his career with Research International, where he specialised in customer service research. Following 7 years as a research specialist, Richard progressed into marketing consultancy with one of Europe’s leading brand consultancies, the Added Value Group.
During his time with Added Value, Richard co-founded AVICOM, one of the UK’s first internal marketing agencies, before taking on a global role within the consultancy, advising international clients like British Airways, Shell and Unilever on corporate brand development and organisational change.
Richard joined People in Business as Managing Director role in 2002, and has since led employer brand development projects for Coca-Cola, HSBC, LEGO, Nokia-Siemens, PepsiCo, RBS, RPG Enterprises, Standard Bank, Standard Life and Unilever.
His book, ‘The Employer Brand’, co-authored with Simon Barrow, has become a global reference for thinking on this subject, and his next book: ‘Employer Brand Management: Practical lessons from the world’s best employers’ is due to be published in 2012.
