Clarifying your vision or strategy: In these difficult economic times it is more important than ever to have a clear and accessible vision of where you are going, and to be able to draw on a range of perspectives in creating that vision. Following in-depth interviews with team members and key stakeholders we can work with you to clarify your strategy, engage with your key stakeholders and get on with the business of delivering results. As neutral participants we are able to synthesise the views we hear, hold a mirror up to the senior team and help facilitate a way forward.
Developing your team: Research shows that learning together as a team strengthens relationships and improves performance. If you feel that improving relationships and communication across the team would enhance your performance we can offer support in a number of ways: from designing and facilitating a whole team away day, to introducing a psychometric tool such as Myers Briggs, or developing a bespoke learning module for your team.
Supporting specific individuals: At times of change (starting a new role, a business re-organisation, adapting to a new competitive environment) it can be particularly helpful to provide key individuals with dedicated support from someone external to your organisation. Whether it is for yourself, or for someone in your team, People in Business have successfully coached both senior and mid-level individuals through a range of transitions. Our approach to coaching is facilitative, and we look to develop the coachee’s skill and self-awareness as well as achieving the agreed outcomes within defined time frames.
