We believe that strong employer brands are built from the inside out. Employees have always voted with their feet when the working reality fails to live up to brand promises. The difference in a web 2.0 world is that these gaps are also more likely to be amplified via the social media.
Our approach to activating a new EVP or strengthening an organisation’s current employer brand experience is based on identifying (and addressing) processes and behaviours that either build or ‘bust’ the brand, with particular emphasis on the ‘signature’ experiences that differentiate your organisation from every other employer. While we believe that it’s important to review global processes and ensure that leadership models, global career sites, and internal communication strategies all support the employer brand, our most effective work often involves helping local business translate the employer brand into a tangible and pragmatic plan of action.
